Brief: To create an event space with a centre piece bar. The event was designed to suit all ages and house 180 guests.

What we did:

Built our award-winning cruciform marquee with clear roof sections and a clear marquee front
Designed an oval bar with a centre stage structure that held a real Soft Tail Harley Davidson motorcycle
Built an event stage complete with full PA for a themed live band
Provided customised event lighting with gobo projections
Provided custom themed table centres
Supplied full event catering and cocktail bar complete with flaring barmen
Installed a suspended level floor system over uneven ground

Harry, Just a quick note to say thank you for our festival in the field party. It was a brilliant event and literally every guest has said how fantastic it was and how much they enjoyed themselves. The Party Doctors were absolutely fantastic in organising our company's 10 year anniversary party. They never said anything would be too difficult or impossible. Wow! This is the second time we have used Party Doctors, the first being for our Son's 18th birthday 3 years ago. They were great then, but now they are absolutely fantastic!
