Brief: To provide a multispace themed marquee across 4 different areas on multiple levels of our client's grounds

What we did:

  • Built 2 different event spaces on uneven ground using a suspended flooring system
  • Themed each area according to our clients choice with the use of props, fine detail decor and atmospheric lighting
  • Provided interactive entertainment such as a green screen themed photo booth, Ice luge and walkaround themed models
  • Supplied full event catering with themed staff
  • Provided ariel photography and a videographer

  • Our whole experience with Party Doctors has been amazing. Raj and his team are professional, experienced and thoughtful, with a flair for the creative as well as quietly focusing on the safety aspects of their events. All our guests complimented Party Doctors on their amazing services, including the doormen, caterers, bar, serving staff and DJ. The staff who set up and dismantled our marquee were polite, friendly and absolute gentlemen. Every aspect of organising and running our event was a pleasure, and we have high standards. We didn't have to worry about a single thing and truly enjoyed our night knowing that we and our guests were in safe hands. We could not recommend Party Doctors enough.   • Wow! This is the second time we have used Party Doctors, the first being for our Son's 18th birthday 3 years ago. They were great then, but now they are absolutely fantastic! We can not recommend them highly enough. This time we hired them for his 21st birthday and they did not disappoint. They're professional, uber efficient an no task is too big or small. They take your vision and make it into exactly what you are hoping for. They take all the stress out of organising what can be a stressful experience.
